The commission would be part of the process to invoke the 25th amendment and comes amid fears the medication Trump is taking for his COVID treatment is affecting his mental health.

For those who not familiar with the terms of the 25th, to include the
Speak, the Amendment is trigger by the Vice President, and requires the consent of the majority of the Cabinet. Any congressional approval requires 2/3rds approval of both the House and the Senate.
