Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Moron

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (Moron-NY [1]) wants to have it both ways on abortion. One Silly Gilly declares being pro-life a religious belief. It isn’t. Sobeit. Two, she then proposed to ban pro-lifers from holding federal office, see Legal Insurrection [2].

The problem for Silly Gilly is that the Constitution bans a religious test for office, from Legal Information Institute [3]:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

Whenever, Silly Gilly votes on the basis of her religious test for office she violates her Oath of Office.
