This may be the one single useful thing [1] that Marco Rubio has done since entering public life.
Senator Mark Rubio says he plans to introduce a constitutional amendment that would limit the number of Supreme Court justices to nine. Rubio cited the stated goal of several 2020 Democratic presidential candidates to expand the number of justices.
I’ve already got a post in the pipeline that will come out later today as well, as regards this and all the other actions of the Democrats who are desperately trying to change the rules of the game, because with the current, long standing rules they haven’t been winning elections.
However, this action of Rubio’s deserves a separate mention, because I take it as an indication that Little Marco has finally figured out the size of the bonfire that he’s been presiding over these last several years.
