So from what constitution is Mrs. Clinton reading when she so boldly asserts that Congress has any oversight power in how the President chooses to staff the White House. Get this, the special counsel reported that Mrs. Clinton did not understand that her statements led to the firing of the Travel Office staff. Did Billy Dale feel better knowing he fired by a drunk? Now nobody has ever accused President Donny of firing anybody by accident. It appears to one of the advantages of governing while sober.
