Rather than address economic opportunity and the development of human capital, Mrs. Clinton simply promises political patronage to her supporters. Mrs. Clinton seems to believe that only those people who support her are deserving of economic opportunity. You can not develop human capital if you are committed to using primary education of a job mill for political patrons.
