I get the classic reference to Clinton style lying by parsing. However when paying a criminal regime, such as Iran, what appears to be a four hundred million dollar ransom, what matters is perception. Iran claims the money to be a ransom. Which means for all practical purpose it is a ransom. The appearance of paying a ransom is just as bad actually paying it.
What say you Mrs. Clinton?
