Does anybody, well anybody smarter than Mrs. Clinton, believe that a candlelight vigil has ever saved a single life? I certainly do not. If an actor is intent on killing his fellow human being, no candlelight vigil will convince him otherwise. No candlelight vigil turned Senator Oldsmobile, nee Kennedy, sober.
The only good news about these fools in Baltimore is that nobody apparently has died. So they will be spared from having to stage yet another vigil, from CBS News:
BALTIMORE — Police say five people attending a candlelight vigil in for a man killed in west Baltimore were shot when a gunman opened fire on the crowd.
Detective Donny Moses said in a phone interview that about 25 people had gathered about 6:30 p.m. Monday at Fulton and North avenues, where 24-year-old Jermaine Schofield was shot and killed early Sunday.
Maybe it is time to ban and confiscate high powered assault candles?
