Here is a problem of logic for you to work out. If white privilege was all that stands between minorities and success, why is it that you never hear Orientals complaining about white privilege? The fact of the matter is white privilege is a lie. Created for the purpose of excusing the creator of that lie they’re on the lack of success.
Consider, if white privilege was indeed a fact, there would be no successful black people at all. And by extension, nobody to call an Uncle Tom.
