As this is written, I’m sitting on the dock at a food distributor ship outside Newburgh New York. It’s just down the street from where Orange County Choppers headquarters is located.
Started the day outside Rochester went to Mountain Top Pennsylvania and then came over here. The truck gave me a little grief along the way, but nothing unusual really.
Spent the weekend with Donna on a special trip we’ve been planning for some time. It was without question among the most enjoyable trips I’ve ever taken. Too bad it was just one night. We’ll have to see about doing a two nighter at some point, soo

. I’m watching all of the changes that are going on in our culture, being largely driven by governmental empowered Democrats and I find culture is being damaged by these changes. I think most Americans are at the very least concerned about all these changes, and what they indicate about future, both individually and collectively as a nation. I can in no way see tearing down bits of the culture to be anything but damage.
First of all, because cultural changes that are aredriven by government in the long run always a failure, and the government usually ends up a failure as well. This has been shown throughout history in its original intention is supposed to be the servant not the other way around.I think most americans are at the very least concerned about all these changes, and what they indicated about our future mobile individually mission. I can unknown way see tearing down bitch the culture give me anything good. First of all, because cultural changes that are government driven are in the long run always a failure, and the government the prices, usually ends up a failure is well. This has been shown clearly throughout history. Government in its original intention is supposed to be the servant of the culture not the other way around.
There is a deeper concern here as well. It is this culture is this American culture, this unique American culture that our founders recognized in their writings and even in their official documents that has managed to produce the freest society in the history of the world. Changing that culture, by goverment fiat, by definition moves us away from the freedom that this culture inspired and demanded.
Freedom is not well served by moving us away from that culture. Particularly when it moves us toward more government.
I fear that the damage inflicted on us will be a long time in repairing. Is that makes the assumption that it even can be repaired, and frankly I have my doubts anymore.
