While am not a lawyer, I do believe that Michelle Manhart, ex of United States Air Force and former Playboy model, was legally wrong to take a United States flag that was not her property, video:
Having said that Manhart was legally wrong, I do like the cause for which Manhart choose to follow her conscience rather than the letter of of the law and in the manner is which she deported herself. Well done. I also note that a former member of the Air Force appeared to be better shape than some of the current members of the Valdosta State University police.
