This is known, Eric Garner was killed and New York Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo killed him. Look up the video. Yet on 3 December, a New York State grand jury no billled Garner’s killer. Given that New York States defines Manslaughter as recklessly causing the death of another, it seems more than obvious that probable cause exists to believe that Pantalco caused the death of Garner It might will be that Officer Pantalco’s actions were reasonable in restraining Garner who was resisting arrest. However, the People of New York have not seen fit, yet, to release that information. The People should do so as soon as possible.
