Today, Volokh Conspiracy took the Washington Post’s Boeing:
There a blogs written by law professors. Blogs fronted by law professors. Then there are blogs written by law professors about the law. The Volokh Conspiracy has the premier blog written by law professors who wrote about the law. Professor Jacobson:

I only hope that the Volokh Conspiracy retains their excellence. Time will tell.
