I heard Obama mutter something about how it was a proud day for Democracy. (Or is that small d? Either way…) WTH has democracy of any stripe to do with it? I mean leaving aside Billy’s longtime arguments against it, (and Franklins, for that matter) the facts play differently. If democracy of any stripe had thing one to do with it, homosexual “marriage” would have been defeated outright, since every time its come to a vote, it was overwhelmingly trounced.
No, this is activist judges, over-ruling the will of the people…. and that’s true regardless where you stand on the issue itself.
