Human rights are not a universal norm, but rather a cultural value. You should not walk into a tiger den without expecting not to be eaten. Likewise young attractive women in Western garb is merely raw meat the an Islamist crowd. You can argue, if you so desire, that native domestic populations should respect Western ideas. Not bloody likely.
While I respect the right of female journalist to enter Islamic tiger’s cage, I question the sanity and wisdom of doing so. Sadly, was, and is, way for a female reporter in Western dress to report on an Islamic crowd without herself becoming part of story.
