Former Tennessee Rep. Harold Ford (D) has announced that he will not challenge appointed Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D) this year. From what I saw from both Ford and Gillibranad, Ford seemed like the stronger candidate. Both were in Rochester recently. Only Ford gave any indication he actually knew where he was.
