It’s Ogden?

I’m getting chatter just now from a few sources, including Byron York that David Ogden, Janet Reno’s s former Chief of Staff is abut to be named our next Deputy Attorney General.

(Shaking head in disbelief)

Can someone please tell me, exactly, how this constitutes “Change”?
