I think we now have a working definition of the word “arrogance”. Barack Obama, it seems, is off on vacation [1]. To my memory this has always been at least risky, and in reality, deadly to presidential candidates. To my mind, however, this is yet another indicator of the sheer arrogance of the man.
Now, in fairness, this may well be a programmed reaction to the ‘over exposure” issues we covered here a couple weeks back. Get the man out of the limelight for a while. Seems to me, though, there are far more productive ways of doing that than ofifically declaring a vacation and scooting to Hawaii.
Kinda makes you wonde what Mccain’s camp has planned, doesn’t it?
