Radley Balko, Reason Magazine [1], has a list of polictians who would rather enforce the law than obey the law: Jon Corzine, Bill Richardson. Bill Janklow, Ed Rendell, and Adrian Fenty. There simply is no excuse for driving at ninety miles per hour to get to a photo-op.
