This AP story exemplifies the duplicity in the press on the Iraqi WMD business rather well.
UNITED NATIONS - U.N. satellite imagery experts have determined that material that could be used to make biological or chemical weapons and banned long-range missiles has been removed from 109 sites in Iraq, U.N. weapons inspectors said in a report obtained Thursday.
How in he world can somehting that didn’t exist, be missing? Clearly it did and likely does exist. Further, we know a long line of trucks was headed for Syria at the onset of our invasion of Iraq.
And in another report, they appear to have turned up in Syria, where AP reports they’re being tested.
I’ve been calling this one for two years, people.
