You KNOW ist’s a slow news day when I the first post of the day on this blog is at noon, and I start the day by linking stories about SETI. Slashdot [1] says SETI won’t be able to cope with cell phones on airplanes. The technical point they raise seems plausable to me… and I’m a radio guy, remember. It’ll be interesting to see how seriously the FCC takes SETI, then.
