Daschle vs Thune [1] live blogged Daschle’s court appearence last night. Daschle’s trying to claim voter intimidation, yet, as in Florida, the Democrats seem unable to come up with anyone willing to testify to this. Apparently perjury is an unpopular poastime in the Dakotas.
