Oh,a nd speaking of Jimmy Carter….1010 WINS in NY is reporting :
“The third and final Seawolf-class submarine, the USS Jimmy Carter, will be christened June 5. ”
Ironic, that this machine of war will do more for the cause of peace than it’s namesake ever could. I wonder if that lesson is lost on the Democrats.
I gather the Navy isn’t overly excited by the name of this ship. I can’t imagine those serving aboard her wouldn’t have mixed feelings about it.
