Dodd over at Ipse Dixit points out some good news on the economy… one point of many….:
“Ford Motor Company announced plans today to invest $73 million at their Louisville truck plant, almost doubling the size of their stamping plant. The expansion will allow them to cut costs by crafting more of their own parts right here in Kentucky. This expansion is in addition to last year’s $50 million expansion of the plant’s paint shop, overhaul of the body shop, and chassis line renovation.
Meanwhile, Stephanie Cutter, a spokeshairdo for John F’in Kerry who often repeats the candidate’s charge that vast numbers of American jobs are being exported overseas under President Bush, today described the American economy as ‘the worst since the Depression.’
