WICHITA – George Tiller, the Wichita doctor who became a national lightning rod in the debate over abortion, was shot to death this morning as he walked into church services.
Tiller, 67, was shot just after 10 a.m. at Reformation Lutheran Church at 7601 E. 13th, where he was a member of the congregation. Witnesses and a police source confirmed Tiller was the victim
Neither the numbers nor names Tiller’s victims were available. My sympathy to Tiller’s victims.

I have to ask you a question poster. Did you really title this announcement under RIH?What kind of a human being are you?What kind of an example of a Christian are you?What kind of hate, fear and ignorance fills your life?No matter what your beliefs on any subject perhaps you need to think about being a caring human being first and an activist second. This blatant disregard for human life, when I’m assuming you are consumed with trying to end legal abortion, goes against everything that your god teaches you. And I would think that your god would certainly choose you over that Doctor who was performing a legal service to burn in Hell if a choice had to be made.You really should be ashamed. As I doubt you will be you should at least do the right thing and remove or change that headline. As I know you would never post this message on your board, which is irrelevant to me, at least I hope you take two seconds and reexamine your belief system. Do the right thing man. Act like a Christian.
