If Judge Emmet Sullivan were but an honest man, this would mark the end of United States v. Flynn, from Just the News:

A federal appeals court Wednesday ordered a judge to grant the Justice Department its request to drop charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals approved a petition by Flynn’s attorneys to intervene in the case after a district court judge asked an outside counsel to argue against the department’s request.

If the Flynn case is not dead, it is on life support.  For one, I don’t expect Judge Sullivan to set any land speed record to gavel this case close. I do expect the good judge to explore every legal, quasi legal or otherwise action to keep the Flynn case alive.

What do expect that Jerry Nadler will throw yet another hissy fit and announce congressional hears.  Will Fat Jerry put the General’s case ahead or behind his Barr hearing?
