Well, I’m Not Impressed, Then Again I Didn’t Expect to be

Well this is developing about how I expected it to. The reports from NBC [1] were typical. And amazing, given the recent history of bias in their reporting:

The Iowa presidential caucuses were thrown into chaos late Monday after the state Democratic Party said it found “inconsistencies,” delaying results and causing widespread confusion across the state.

The Iowa Democratic Party said early Tuesday that it would release the results of the Iowa caucuses later Tuesday after “manually verifying all precinct results.”

Uh huh.

“This is simply a reporting issue. The app did not go down, and this is not a hack or an intrusion. The underlying data and paper trail is sound and will simply take time to further report the results,” McClure added.

Well if it’s not a hack, then what is it? It certainly has all the earmarks of it, particularly given reports I’m seeing that the application used for the reporting was designed by a former Hillary Clinton operative. [2]

(Shrug)

Then again, a Democrat-run government couldn’t create a healthcare website with four billion dollars and an entire army of turkeys programming it…. Much less a viable healthcare plan underneath it… So perhaps the protestations of Innocence are true, I don’t know.

Oh and by the way, I see where the Republicans had a record turnout despite the fact that Trump is running unopposed.

As for the Democrats, I suppose there’s a certain amount of Truth to what I’ve seen being passed around…”you can’t lose to Trump if you can’t nominate a candidate.”

This has all the trimmings of a fun election cycle.
