G7… You Sunk My Battleship…

Usually, these G7… G8… G20… (whatever) meetings are about as exciting as watching paint dry.

This time however, there was a bit more fun attached to it. It can be best described in this fashion…

“What do you mean you’re not going to pay our bills?”

The the collectivist screeching coming from the Neo socialist Europeans could be directly compared to cats being boiled alive.

John Bolton in noting this, responded:

Just another #G7 where other countries expect America will always be their bank. The President made it clear today. No more.

Look, of course we’re not very popular with the European crowd just now. When you tell somebody that the Free Ride is over, you’re not going to be very popular with them. That’s simply The Way of the World.

Canadian Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau who is far more used to being a celebrity than a world leader got so angry and out of control he lost an eyebrow over it. [1] Thing is, he waited until after Trump is gone to do that. A gutless maneuver to say the very least, and probably the largest political miscalculation in Canadian history… The support [2] of Chuckles the Clown Schumer notwithstanding.

As an aside… hey, Canada? Isn’t it about time you lose that embarrassment?

British prime minister Theresa May, who is an equal embarrassment to what is left of Great Britain told reporters that the G7 Summit was a “difficult occasion”. Well I suppose it probably was. You actually had to come to grips with reality (something which by the way you failed to do)… as opposed to sitting around sucking down champagne and eating lobster and caviar, and staying in 5-star hotels at taxpayer expense. With Theresa May in charge of things I get the distinct impression that you and I are going to see the English sunset in our lifetime. (A nod of acknowledgement to Justin Hayward.)

All in all I’d say things were handled rather well at the G7 by our people… and are going precisely the way they should… Proving once again that just about anybody could do a better job then Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton at representing the interest of the United States of America.
