The year 1968. Traveling through the South with my family. All you could hear was Wichita Lineman. They played it on every station and every format.
Glen singing and on guitar… Including that famous middle break on that song… Carol Kaye playing bass in her rather distinctive Style and Jim Gordon on drums… And of course Al delor y who did so much to develop Glens recording sound, particularly his early solo work. But I think today of the B side of that single. And I think you’ll see why.
