Roe. v. Wade is legal hogwash. William Brennan concocted his concept of trimester out of whole cloth. The simply is neither a medical or constitutional basis for Brennan’s concept of trimester.

Would President Clinton(she) appoint justice to the Supreme Court who were intent of upholding the Constitution of the United States, or ones wished enact their own personal concept of law?
