Regime’s No-Fly List has No Due Process

Why is the Obama regime so hell bent on depriving law abiding citizens their constitution rights?   From Washington Free Beacon [1]:

In his Oval Office address Sunday, Obama called again for more gun control measures, including denying people on the no-fly list from purchasing guns, a view even the Los Angeles Times editorial board finds untenable. Also, a recent claim by Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) that no recent mass shootings would have been prevented by new gun legislation was rated “True” by the Washington Post fact-checker.

The only known success of the No-Fly List was to have prevented the late Senator Oldsmobile, nee Kennedy, from hijacking an airliner to the nearest bar.   Yet with no record of success the regime keeps banging the drum to use the No-Fly list to strip Americans of the god-given rights.  Why?

Analysis, Bob Owens Bearing Arms [2]:

Let’s be very, very clear about what these Anti-gun Democrats really want.

They want the ability to add the names of citizens they don’t like to arbitrary lists in order to strip them of their constitutional rights without them being suspected of committing a crime. They want the ability to “Minority Report” American citizens based upon their beliefs, their ideas, and their affiliations with political parties or civil rights groups such as the NRA, whom they would love nothing more than to be able to designate as a “terrorist group” as the New York print media has called for openly.

There is no due process to prevent a disgruntled or incompetent government bureaucrat from putting a citizen on the “No-Fly List” for no good reason, and apparently, no why for a good citizen to get his name off the bad list.

Americans who have been smartest enough to watch cable news have been made uneasy by the recent years of terror attacks both foreign and domestic and the regime’s stubborn resistance to even acknowledging the very problem.
