Half the schools will be below the median level by definition. As to mean and mode, that will depend on the distribution of whatever the heck we might be looking at on these hypothetical school report cards. In any case, this is all very hard to conceptualize – a Democrat threatening to close schools? Pigs will fly to algebra class first.
To parse the grandma with fat thighs statement with a fine toothed comb, by definition, at any given time over half of all schools are average or below.
Further, given the democrats dependence on public employee labor unions, I can’t see any democrat president firing unionized school teachers. Yes close the failing schools, but keep all the unionized teachers. Does that sound like smart leadership to you?
