Rolling Stone Hedges, Gillibrand Double Down

In the wake of the imploded Rolling Stone story on an fictitious rape on the University of Virginia campus, New York State junior Senator Kristen Gillibrand ( D -New York [1]) is still jousting  with imaginary enemies, from Chicago Tribune [2]:

“Clearly we don’t know the facts of what happened or didn’t happen” in the alleged University of Virginia gang rape case, Gillibrand said. “But these facts have not changed: UVA has admitted that they have allowed students who have confessed to sexually assaulting another student to remain on campus.”

“I refuse to let this one story become an excuse for Congress not to fix a broken system,” Gillibrand said.

What happened? A reporter, Sabrina Rubin Early, lied.

Yet Gilli wants to expel male students from campuses for simply looking at females, from the United States Department of Justice [3]:

Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape.

Any type of behavior, you look at a pretty girl and she doesn’t like it, by the DOJ standard you are guilty of sexual assault. Bye-bye college education.¬†¬† Call Senator Gillibrand and tell to call off her war on men.
