It was in the news recently that Dim Won, a/k/a Dumbo, b/k/a President Barack Obama had Mrs. Clinton over to the White House for lunch. It not exactly like Mrs. Clinton actually needs the calories. So why was Mrs. Clinton as the White House? I suggest that Obama had Mrs. Clinton over to buy her support for his swap of five Taliban high value terrorists for the deserter Bowe Bergdahl:
BROOMFIELD, Colo. (AP [1]) — Hillary Rodham Clinton gave a measured defense Monday of the Obama administration’s controversial decision to swap five Guantanamo Bay detainees for a U.S. soldier held hostage in Afghanistan, noting that many of America’s allies make similar deals.
The former secretary of state was asked about the exchange by the moderator at an event in a Denver suburb. Clinton said she did not second-guess people who make such tough decisions, but said the American tradition of caring for its citizens and soldiers was a “noble” one.
After all, fighting terrorism has never exactly been a priority for the Clintons, from Angel Fire [2]:
By now you have probably heard that President Clinton has signed “clemency” for eleven Puerto Rican political prisoners and prisoners of war. While this is exciting and hopeful news as it shows that Clinton is willing to do something controversial (and right), there is a catch. The agreement, which the prisoners have not agreed to sign as of yet, restricts their political activities once they are released–it will restrict them from associating with others in the independence movement, they would have to sign a statement renouncing the use of violence, and they would still have to adhere to parole restrictions. (None of these prisoners were convicted for acts of violence in the first place and have served unusually long sentences for the “crimes” they were convicted of.)
The B.J Clinton spent eight years as president, during which time the United States suffered eight major terrorist attacks. the only thing that motived B.J. to even feign an interest in combating global terror was an attempt distract the nation from Monica Lewinsky.
