I see no justification in the use of deadly force here. So why did District of Columbia police officers shoot at Miriam Carey. You watch the video and tell me:
Carey evidently had medical issues. However at the time the DC shoot at her, she was a not threat to the public.

The police posed a greater threat to the public than Carey.
