In the beginning, God created Men and Women. Then liberal legislators decided to created the transgendered. What was good enough for God is no longer good enough for California. For normal people, life is simple. Either you have a Johnson, or you do not. That is except in liberal states, like California, when a person’s God given biological sex has been equated to a passing mental condition, from Daily News (New York):
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California lawmakers approved a bill Wednesday that would require public K-12 schools to let transgender students choose which restrooms they use and which school teams they join based on their gender identity instead of their chromosomes.
Some school districts around the country have implemented similar policies, but the bill’s author says AB1266 would mark the first time a state has mandated such treatment by statute.
Existing state law already prohibits California schools from discriminating against students based on their gender identity, but the legislation that passed the state Senate on Wednesday spells that out in more detail, said Carlos Alcala, a spokesman for the bill’s author, Democratic Assemblyman Tom Ammiano of San Francisco
Human beings are conceived, and die as, either one of two sexes, to wit male or female. Sex is a biological fact is not mutable based on mental hysteria, confusion or deceit I was born a male, and even if I were choose to wear a dress and urinate in the girls room, I would still be a male. California is choosing terrorize normal, non confused school children, and give free rain for sexual perverts to stroll in any restroom they so choose.
I think it is time get a group of Hell’s Angels to start urinating in the women’s rooms in the Sacramento capital. Further, I think second string male athletes should join the girl’s teams and end female participation in high school sports. What say you?
