I know that Jason Whitlock, like is fellow members of the Klu Klux Klan, believes that blacks should not be trusted with guns. While in addition to disarming blacks, maybe Whit lock thinks blacks should banned from driving as well, from Karen Brooks:

With over thirty thousand motor vehicle deaths per year, it is about time to ban the car culture. If there were no motor vehicles, each year over thirty thousand more people would be alive.
