I have followed but not commented on the NY-23 race.    As New Gingrich did, it was possible to make a case for the republican candidate Dede Scozzafava, and it is also possible, as Michelle, did to make the case for her conservative opponent,  Doug Hoffman.   However as Jim Geraghty now argues, it has call changed.    Geraghty, National Review [1], make the case that Scczzafava, or her husband, commited a felony,
