The New York State legislature has been shut down and the democrats did it. It beats me what claim, if any,Malcolm Smith has to Senate Majority Leadeer. In order to be a majority leader, you first must have a majority, and in sixty-two seat body, thirty seats does not constitute a majority, except maybe by Obamatarded math.
