This is rich. Colin Powell endorses a democrat, Barack Obama, for president and upset because he had been shown the, or told where, the door is, David Beard, Boston:
“Rush Limbaugh says, ‘Get out of the Republican Party.’ Dick Cheney says, ‘He’s already out.’ I may be out of their version of the Republican Party, but there’s another version of the Republican Party waiting to emerge once again,” Powell told the crowd.
Leave it to an enlisted man to have to explain life to an officer. How tiring. General, the republican didn’t kick you out of the party. You left. You endorsed one Barack Obams who has run up more deficit that all other presidents in our nation’s history. The man you endorsed has the intent to convert our once proud nation into the United States of Europe. Obama is a moron, and you endorsed him. Had you not endorse Obama, he might well not be president.
In short General you f***ked up. Now having left the republican party entirely of your own choosing, you are now sniveling and wanting to be let back in. So before you come back in, one explain why you abandoned your party in the first place. Two, tell why we should trust you this time. It is not like loyalty is exactly your long suit general, sir.
