No Ms Lewis, housing is not a right.  Housing is a commodity, to wit a product of human endeavor.  You can not give a commodity, say housing, to one person, unless your first take it from another.

Aside to Stuart Varney:   The Constiution does not define the rights of citizens.   It limits the power of the state.
