The issue of where BO was born has been around many months . It need not have been. Barack Obama can easily prove he he natural born United States citizen by merely producing a copy of his birth certificate. Yet dispite ample opportunity, BO has consistently failed to do so.
The reasonable conclusion is that BO is hiding something. Just what I don’t know. Gateway Pundit has the most recent attemp to make the One adhere to same constitution he purports that he wants to protect, defend and uphold:
Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes; Dr. Wiley S. Drake, Sr.; and Markham Robinson are suing Barack Obama over his eligibility to be president.

Am I asking too much of the One for him to prove that he has the constitution right to assume the office? I dare say, failure for BO to produce a legal copy of his birth certificate, would in of itself, be a breach of his oath of office, and would easily cause Henry Waxman to hold congressional hearings, if BO were but a republican.
Now I am not saying that BO is not constitionally eligible to be President. However, I am saying that BO is hiding something and that even BO has to adhere to the Constition.

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has Sen. Can you define a legal provision that requires from presidential candidate to “release†the vault copy of any officially acknowledged and verified document? Besides, what does it means to “release†it: to send an original, irreplaceable document to any Yucko the Clown that demands it?
Of course you are allowed to doubt in integrity of the Hawaii Department of Health, but in this case you might have to file a law suit against that institution. FYI, in this case I’d advice to provide a proof confirming your claim, since the ordinary rule is that “the necessity of proof lies with he who complains.”

Points.
One, I am asking for BO to release a certified copy of his purported birth certificate, and not the vault copy original.
Two, this is not a criminal proceeding. BO has no legal assupjption of eligibility to hold elective office.
Three, I am not alleging that BO is not eligible to be President. I am stating that for some strange reason, he does not want to release an actual copy of his birth certificate. I find that strange. Then maybe anyone who thinks himself as if he were a messiah, thinks of himself as above this whole constitution thing.

Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.

The disqualification scenarios are mind boggling. If no Presidnet is selected by January 20, the Speaker of the House, Mrs. Pelosi wold assume the office. That is scary. Mrs. Pelosi is enouugh to make even BO seem sane.

Guilt isn’t determined at this phase, and isn’t the issue at this point…
Go out and try to apply for a job any job that has some requirement or other without presenting proof that you meet those requirements. Say, a degree in the field in question, and see how far you get.
And yes, I have my doubts about the integrity of the Hawaii Department of Health, given they said nada until such time as he visited there, ostensibly to visit his grandmother.

What else do you want? To let everybody that would request it, to undertake his own, “undoubtedly impartial expertise†on a vault copy of the president-elect’s BC? What qualifies Berg, Martin or Donofrio for that task? What do you know about those gents?
If you really believe that:
– officials at the Hawaii Department of Health, the Cook County (Ill.) Bureau of Vital Statistics, the Illinois Secretary of State’s office, the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois and many other government agencies which have accepted the mentioned document as authentic;
– all relevant fact-check institutions that have checked and verified the mentioned document;
– FBI (and most surely CIA) which conducted a background check on Obama and gave a security clearance on him;
– all relevant media, including Fox News, which have largely ignored the supposed Obama’s ineligibility “issueâ€.
– all courts that have rejected Obama ineligibility lawsuit as invalid so far;
– the Republican party which would had to use the argument of Obama’s supposed ineligibility during the presidential race;
…are involved in a long-term, waste conspiracy, than you’ll have to load your guns and ammo on your pickup and head toward the Ruby Ridge.
