One in four teenage girls in the United States has a sexually-transmitted disease, a study has indicated.
The study, by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), found an even higher prevalence of STDs among black girls.
So make sure our schools keep handing out free condoms, promote promiscuity and disparage traditional moral values. After all, who are we judge a culture which infects one quarter of our teenage girls, I mean the culture of infection is no better or worse than the culture of not being infected. Let us not judge.
