  1. Unfourtounatly the bill was closed by the Senate. It’s amazing it wasn’t given more consideration. People with a criminal record should not be able to purchase firearms, and the people are smart enough to know where to obtain guns without intervention.

  2. I agree that Second Amendment rights may be restricted by due process.  That by result of fair judicial process.  I do not believe that rights can be abridged by mere executive, administrative or legislature fiat.  We all have a right to keep and bear arms until that right is duly restricted by a court.
