So speaks, Dr. Juan Hernandez, John McCain’s Hispanic outreach director. A free flow of people is what gave us Nine Eleven. Not only does McCain not understand economics, he does understand national security. If McCain doesn not even understand national security, he can not be expected to understand anything.
