And so I come home, and I see this one waiting in Memeorandum, from Chuck Adkins:

I cannot believe that Glenn Beck would make such as statement:

Let’s talk about health care and education? That’s not the way to win.  That’s not the way to win on any front. I’m not even talking about — the least I care about is winning the election. How about winning the war? How about saving our country? And, you know, it made me think. I want to make this very clear. When I say on the air, and I’ve said it a lot lately, that we need to come together and we need to get back into the center, we’re being pushed on to the edges — I want you to understand, that is not on policies. I don’t mean that we come in the center on policies. We come to the center on principles. We come back to the center of the melting pot, that we’re all one America, that just because I disagree with you doesn’t mean you hate America, and I love America. We all love America. We just disagree on how we should function, what we should do, big government, small government. It doesn’t mean you hate America. I think there is a handful of people who hate America. Unfortunately for them, a lot of them are losing their homes in a forest fire today.

There are a few people that hate America. But I don’t think the Democrats are those. I think there are those posing as Democrats that are like that. But you don’t come into the center. You have to stand up for what you believe in.

As far as I am concerned, this is as bad as Don Imus calling that basketball team, “Nappy Headed Hoes”, Glenn Back should apologize or be fired from his job. Period.

Ummmm… are you sure that’s a box you wanna open, there, Pandora?

Let’s try one of Adkins recent hits:

Man, Where’s John Hinkley when you need him?

You don’t learn, do ya?

Update: (Bit) Apparently not.

Update: To the Blogger who accused me of working both sides of the street. There’s a BIG difference between Political snarky humor said in response to stupid actions of a Republican talking bobble head and taking a Political CHEAP SHOT for ratings during a disaster, where people have DIED.

Yep. And there’s an even bigger difference between commenting on something that’s already happening to a political foe as a natural happening, and calling for something to happen, the latter of which you’ve done repeatedly. My judgment stands.

As far as Malkin’s Address being posted, it wasn’t even her address, she had moved.

Which says nothing to your intent, Chuckles. You just didn’t have the brains to pull off what you’d intended. Don’t give us the line about how you’re less guilty than you MIGHT have been because you screwed it up.

So, I don’t what your problem is. But yeah, I did it, out of anger, because she was snooping around at a family’s house, to further her political ideology. Plan and simple. There’s a line that you don’t cross. and she crossed it. If she ever crosses it again, I will get her real address and I will post it, even if I have to pay money to get it. She’s a disgrace to politics and I cannot stand her, I make no bones about it. Kids or no kids, you don’t cross the line and if she can cross it, so can I, so deal with it, moron.

Is this the same Adkins who sounded so contrite just 48 hours ago, and swore off political blogging? Is this the same guy who claimed he’d be going back to Bible reading every day, because he needed to be reminded about his Christianity, and how sorry he was he’d forgotten it?  Funny how quickly you forget. Not that it is unexpected you’d do that. I didn’t figure you’d keep your word there, either.

I’m sure the Malkins will be most interested in your statements… as will the rest of Blogdom… and the FBI.

You really DON’T learn, do you?

  1. At first I was worried that you were going to attack Glenn Beck for his statement. I was very relieved to see that you didn’t let that distract you and instead went right after crazy Chuck Adkins instead, which is much more important. I’m glad you agree with me and Glenn Beck that there was an upside to the fires in California.
