For those interested…. Despite the slight uptick in spending, the deficit is something on the order of 57% lower than it was last year.
Now were a Democrat to generate that kind of numbers, we know they’d be trumpeting the accomplishment endlessly. Can we even get them to acknowledge it with President Bush calling the shots?
