The Radio Equalizer [1], this morning, hosts a list of idiots who are still trying to prop up the monetary black hole that is known as “Air America”. he seems to be amazed by the number of idiots that are willing to line up and drop the dime.
But perhaps they’re not so crazy… Think now; With the Democrats in power in they are at least reasonably assured of getting a tax break (Read that ‘write off”) for their investment. Thus, I suppose, will Air America become PBS-2.
The continued existence of Air America also presents an interesting challenge for the Democrats in the upcoming two years; We’ve already been hearing noises about how the “fairness doctrine” is going to be dragged out again. But how to enforce the fairness doctrine, with Air America still drawing ragged breath?
