Gak! Just when you thought it was safe to turn on your television again, Hillary Clinton is getting ready to do the talkshow circus — er, circuit.
Dusting off her ten-year-old book It Takes a Village(which is being re-issued,) Clinton is the Today Show and The View, where her adoring sycophants await. (The only fly in this ointment is that Katie Couric is no longer at Today, ready to slaver at her idol’s heels. Alas, Clinton will have to make do with second-best Meredith Veira.)
This is not quite another Rose Garden campaign, but neither is it the Tim Russert, Wolf Blizter, Bill O’Reilly circuit either. Can any person unwilling to face O’Reilly really be considered a presidential contender”
