Yesterday, in reference the Duke Faux rape case, I wrote:
When the case broke, Mike Nifong was the hunter. Nifong is now the hunted. [1]
Well the hunt is on, and Nifong is indeed the target. Fox News is reporting, “North Carolina State Bar Files Ethics Complaint Against Duke Lacrosse Rape Prosecutor Mike Nifong [2]:”
RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina State Bar filed an ethics complaint Thursday against Duke lacrosse prosecutor Mike Nifong, accusing him of breaking four rules of professional conduct when speaking to the reporters about the sensational case.
If found guilty, punishment can range from admonishment to disbarment. Just think all the efforts Nifong made just to win re-election, going down the drain.
