The Base Closures are In.

WSB in Atlanta has the base closure story up, with the list.

I’d like a bit of time to study it before I comment at length… but off the top, the only two I have major complaints about are the New London sub base and Portsmouth Naval yard. I have serious issues with losing the ship-building capacity.
